The Economic Advisory Council (EAC) to Prime Minister (PM) Office member Shri Sanjeev Sanyal ji and Director EAC- PM Shri Devi Prasad Mishra Ji trekked down to Tüsürü river (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose INA route) at Ruzazho Village on 29th October 2023 morning. It is believed that in 1944, INA led by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose himself has came to Rüzazho village through this route and stayed in the village for nine days and administered the village and neighbouring areas. Thus, Rüzazho village is considered the first administered village by Azad Hind Fauj on Indian soil.
The trek started at 5.30. AM onwards crossing paddy fields and jhuming fields taking one and half hour to reach the destiny (river bed).
The challenging trekking trip was undertaken by the EAC-PM members along with Dr Er. Vekho Swuro, State Protocol Officer, Shri Hupasayi Tetseo along with Village elders and entourage trekked down to the river and had a time of Fellowship and, heavy breakfast over there hosted by Christian Youth Endeavour(CYE) Ruzhazo Baptist Church.
Sharing the practical experience of the day trekking, Sanyal Ji and Mishra Ji revealed that this is a first of its kind having practical experience is indeed a difficult task yet a memorable and wonderful moment of their lives in the world so far and extended gratitude to Dr Er. Vekho Swuro and Ruzhazo Village Council for organizing this unforgettable trip of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose INA route adding they would cherish it for their lifetime.
