In the 117th episode of his radio show Mann Ki Baat on December 29, 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi encouraged people to connect with India's Constitution through a new initiative. This initiative started on Constitution Day, November 26, 2024, and will continue for a year. A special website called constitution75.com has been created to help people learn more about the Constitution and its importance.
PM Modi explained that the website allows users to read the Preamble of the Constitution and even upload videos. The website also offers the Constitution in different languages, making it accessible to people across the country. Additionally, visitors can ask questions about the Constitution and gain a deeper understanding of it.
The Prime Minister specifically appealed to students, including school children and college youth, to visit the website and become part of this important initiative. By engaging with the Constitution online, PM Modi hopes to inspire more people to appreciate the values and principles that the Constitution represents.
This initiative is part of a larger effort to celebrate the Constitution and educate citizens about its role in shaping India’s democracy. (PR)
