Pony walas of South Kashmir's Pahalgam and other people associated with tourism sector have condemned the recent terror attack in Reasi and Doda in which a tourist bus was attacked by terrorists which resulted a loss of lives of innocent pilgrims.
Pony walas and people serving Amarnath Yatra have condemned these terror attacks and have appealed to all locals to help security forces for a peacefull conduct of tourism and Amarnath Yatra this year.
"We have always welcomed tourists and Amarnath Yatries since decades and its beautiful scenic beauty" as told by President Pony association Pahalgam.
He also told that these terror incidents should not happen and they are always available for any sort of help to security forces and administration
"We want a peaceful Amarnath Yatra and tourists should come here without any threat as every Kashmiri is available for them and particularly we are dependent on it, we have been giving our best to Amarnath Yatra since decades" told one of the pony wala while holding a banner in his hands written “say no to terrorism”.
Another pony wala told in a media interview that our families are totally dependent on Tourism and Amarnath Yatra and who so ever are targeting these innocent tourists is a coward act and they should be punished as soon as possible
It is pertinent to mention here that there is a huge rush of tourists nowadays in kashmir valley. Approx 2 crore tourists are expected to visit the valley this year and Amarnath pilgrims in lacs will also travel to perform Pooja this year at Holy cave.
All the arrangements have been finalized for a smooth Conduct of Amarnath Yatra by the government and the security forces.
