The Indian Army recently organized a medical camp in Moirangpurel village, located in the Imphal East district of Manipur, to provide essential healthcare services and promote awareness about hygiene and wellness among local residents.
A total of 216 villagers, including 93 women and 39 children, attended the camp, benefiting from comprehensive health screenings, medical consultations, and the distribution of medicines. Army doctors led the initiative, offering guidance on various health matters, including mental well-being, nutrition, and safe hygiene practices.
This medical camp highlighted the Army’s commitment to improving the health of local communities by ensuring they have access to proper healthcare and critical information for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. (PR)
