11th Engineers Conclave in Hyderabad: Pioneering Additive Manufacturing and Defence Technologies

The 11th Engineers Conclave, jointly organized by the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) and the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE), began today in Hyderabad. This two-day event focuses on "Additive Manufacturing for Defence Applications" and "Defence Manufacturing Technologies," bringing together engineers, scientists, and industry leaders to discuss advancements in indigenisation. The conclave was inaugurated by Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Former Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission, alongside Dr. Samir V Kamat, Chairman of DRDO, emphasizing collaboration and innovation in India's defence sector.
