I do hereby out of free will declare that, I ll abide all the terms and conditions of the indian laws, code of conduct of journalism and other terms and conditions imposed by the sudarshan news. The company has every right to remove me as an active journalist if I found in any sort of illegal activity or any activity which caused any loss to the sudarshan channel or found in any anti-social activity and in that event in will not be entitled to file any kind of claim whatsoever against the company/channel.

I further declare and assure as under.

1. That I am converting myself from franchisee to an active journalist with my free consent and have received all my previous dues from the sudarshan/ I am a fresher and have recently attached with the sudarshan, and during the training period (if any) I will bear all the expanses of training and other things.

2. That I will not claim any airtime amount from the company and its employees, further the amount of money which I have deposited with the sudarshan is purely non-refundable and can only be recovered by way of advertisements on the television only.

3. That right to appoint, terminate and renew any member will be solely lies with the sudarshan only, and in case if I found indulge in any kind of illegal or any sort of activity which is not permissible the sudarshan will have the exclusive right to take the proper recourse against me without assigning any reasons and I ll be solely responsible for such act and would not held liable sudarshan in any form.

4. That I further undertake and declare that the sudarshan is having the exclusive copy right of the entire venture and I will be bound by the terms and conditions of the copy right act and will not share any idea whatsoever with any third person.

5. That in case of any dispute between me and sudarshan the matter will be referred to the sole arbitrator having office at delhi only and having minimum practice of at least 10 years.

6. That after a period of 6 months from the date of entering in to the agreement, the sudarshan will be having a right to re asses the entire work done by me and in case my work found to be un- satisfactory, the sudarshan will have the exclusive right to terminate my agreement and to forfeit my given amount.

7. That the airtime amount is non-refundable.

8. That as far as news section is concerned I undertake and assures the sudarshan that I will be doing my work with upmost modesty and would collect the news by my own but the same will be approved by my upline and the same will be on Air thereafter, I further undertake and assures that in case my news founds to be false and fabricated the sudarshan will be having exclusive right to terminate my services forthwith.

9. That as far as the public grievance section is concerned I undertake and assures the sudarshan that apart from my active journalism/ news collection I will also indulge myself in solving the public problems and would also keep on updating the contact details of the concerned officers time to time.

10. That as far as the government schemes are concerned I undertake and assures the sudarshan that I will give my best to make public aware of the government schemes and get benefited.

11. That as far as crowd finding section is concerned I undertake and assures the sudarshan that in case of any kind of prevailing disease, natural disaster, education, development or any kind of social work I will work under the said scheme.

12. That as far as swadeshi part is concerned I undertake and assures the sudarshan that I will arrange the iswadeshi platforms for small scale industries, cottage industries, village industries and would also collect the advertisements for the sudarshan and would also arrange four events in a year as per rules and my most important task would be to add at least 10 percent of the total population of that area with sudarshan with in a period of 3 months.

13. I do hereby declare and undertake that I am aware with all the facts and details of the present agreement and understood it completely and the same has been communicated to me in my vernacular language.
