With a career spanning over three decades, Air Vice Marshal Singh is an exemplary officer, commissioned into the Administration Branch on June 13, 1992. A distinguished alumnus of the National Defence College and Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington, he also holds advanced qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Defence Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM), Faridabad.
In his illustrious service, he has held several key positions across operational units, Command Headquarters, and Air Headquarters, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise.
