On December 27, 2024, Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh will chair the sixth edition of the Armed Forces Flag Day (AFFD) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) conclave in New Delhi. The event, organized by the Kendriya Sainik Board under the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, will focus on supporting the rehabilitation, resettlement, and welfare of veterans, widows, and their families. It will also encourage corporate support for these important efforts.
During the conclave, Shri Rajnath Singh will recognize and honor key CSR contributors to the AFFD Fund, acknowledging their valuable role in helping the armed forces community. Other notable attendees include Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjey Seth, Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, Secretary of Ex-Servicemen Welfare Dr. Niten Chandra, along with veterans, defence personnel, and members from the CSR sector.
