The 89th birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama was celebrated with great reverence and joy at the Dhargyelling Tibetan Settlement in Tindolong, Tezu, today. The celebration was led by Arunachal Pradesh's Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Chowna Mein, accompanied by fellow legislators and officials.
