The much-anticipated Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat (EBSB) Jammu edition has officially commenced, bringing together cadets from the NCC Directorates of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Jammu & Kashmir at the NCC Training Academy in Nagrota. The camp, which runs from October 14 to October 25, aims to foster unity through cultural exchange, allowing cadets to showcase the rich traditions and cultures of their respective states.
The camp kicked off with an inspiring opening address from Brigadier PS Cheema, SM, VSM, Group Commander of the NCC Group Headquarters in Jammu. In his speech, Brigadier Cheema emphasized the importance of the NCC ethos, highlighting principles of unity and discipline. He encouraged the cadets to embrace the opportunity to learn from one another and to forge lasting memories and friendships during their time at the camp.
EBSB Jammu 2024 serves as a vibrant platform for cross-cultural interaction. Throughout the camp, cadets will engage in a variety of activities designed to highlight the unique traditions, languages, and lifestyles of the participating states. The schedule includes various sports competitions and literary activities aimed at showcasing the cadets' skills, promoting teamwork, and encouraging creativity.
