The Indian Youth Congress (IYC) led by National President Shri Uday Bhanu Chib, will host a poignant Candle March today, paying tribute to the innocent civilians who lost their lives in the tragic Pahalgam Terror Attack. The Candle March will take place at the IYC office located at 5, Raisina Road, New Delhi, starting at 7:00 PM.
