IYC’s Candle March: Honoring the Memory of Pahalgam Terror Attack Victims

The Indian Youth Congress (IYC) led by National President Shri Uday Bhanu Chib, will host a poignant Candle March today, paying tribute to the innocent civilians who lost their lives in the tragic Pahalgam Terror Attack. The march, aimed at honoring the victims and expressing solidarity with their families, is a solemn occasion for the youth of the nation to come together and stand united against terrorism.

The Pahalgam Terror Attack, which shook the nation, claimed the lives of several civilians, leaving an indelible scar on the hearts of the people. In response, the Indian Youth Congress is taking this opportunity to showcase their support for the victims and send a clear message against the forces that seek to disturb the peace and harmony of the nation.

The Candle March will take place at the IYC office located at 5, Raisina Road, New Delhi, starting at 7:00 PM. It will be an evening of reflection, where participants will carry candles in memory of those who lost their lives in the attack, with their spirits shining brightly as a symbol of hope and unity.

Speaking about the march, Varun Pandey, the National Media Incharge of the Indian Youth Congress, said, "The candle march is a small yet significant gesture in paying our respects to the victims of the Pahalgam Terror Attack. It is an opportunity for all of us to stand together in condemning terrorism and ensuring such tragedies never happen again."

Shri Uday Bhanu Chib, who will lead the event, remarked, "The lives lost in the attack can never be replaced, but as youth of the nation, we must ensure their sacrifice is never forgotten. This candle march is a tribute to their memory and a call for peace."

The event is expected to draw a significant number of attendees, including IYC members, youth leaders, and concerned citizens, all united in their resolve to fight terrorism and promote peace.
