Is there Kashmir marely a Political weapon of India ?

When we see India into the world forum it seems our country has achieved a great height and respect into the world’s platform because PM Modi has different policies for Asia and world. Since 2014 India had given a very clear message to world that from Bhutan to America and China to Pakistan India has been working on zero tolerance policy for terrorism and Expansionism. The government’s strategies is heroic in removal of Article 370 written in BJP Manifesto and the target killing of Hindus in Jammu & Kashmir number of questions rises in my mind. Is there Kashmir marely a political weapon of Indian Politics? Is Modi Planned for Hindu-Rastra in 2024 or it is only an equipment for the next Lokshabha Election which is to be held on 2024 on the issue of Hindutwa. BJP has convinced majority of Hindus to vote BJP by the reason there’s a record victory of Yogi and elected a selective government twice in Vidhanshabha Election.
