Auditorium at the Military Institute of Technology (MILIT), Girinagar today, reverberated with inspiration as General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army
Staff (COAS), addressed officers undergoing training at the Defence Services
Technical Staff Course (DSTSC). General Dwivedi's speech, characterized by

In his

General
